Client - World Class Mobile Telecoms Operator
Objective - Removal and replacement of soft POS to aid re-branding process
Process - The warehouse handled over 350,000 pieces of POS over a seven day period, collating them in to individual packs for each particular store group, and then again sub-groups within each chain. Over 10,000 packs were created during this period.
A bespoke distribution system was implemented meaning that POS packs went directly from the warehouse to merchandiser's homes, eliminating any possibility of failed/ wrong delivery.
