Client - An international mobile telecommunications provider
Objective - infinite was appointed to manage a full rebrand exercise in 16,000 outlets over a two week period. We were tasked with removing and remerchandising over 350,000 pieces of POS with multiple variations within each channel.
Process - A team of 150 field merchandisers were selected and trained from our internal staff database. They attended full training sessions on how to build and place the new POS with due regard to location and position. Calls were planned using in-house call-file software to ensure a minimum cost-per-store.
Field staff were forwarded all relevant POS via the infinite warehousing and distribution sister company. This was packaged to reflect the exact requirements for each store group, with due consideration to the store size.
Each visit was variable dependant on the time needed to place POS. However, additional time was given for extra opportunities which became available during the visit. At the end of each day, the field merchandiser would dial an 0800 Voice recognition system and report back on the success of the visits and any issues encountered.
Results - All calls were completed as per the given brief, with all SLAs delivered 100%. The client attributed the success of the in-store rebrand to infinite quality.
